How I Register?

As the sport season approaches, the Sports Specialist will communicate with each squadron's Sports Representative through a Letter of Intent (LOI) to announce the date and time for registration and the season opening. Squadron members can sign up to participate in their squadron's team. For dependents, DoD civilians, or individuals not affiliated with a squadron, who wish to join with their own team or as individuals, please reach out to the Losano Fitness Center Front Desk at 830-298-5251 for registration assistance. Safety Rules

At our sports facility, Safety Rules are paramount to ensuring the well-being of our valued players. These rules have been carefully designed to prevent injuries and safeguard the health of participants during gameplay. Our vigilant referees diligently enforce these Safety Rules, which are approved and overseen by the Fitness Manager. For any queries or concerns regarding safety measures, we encourage everyone to refer to the provided Safety Rules as your guide to a secure and enjoyable sports experience. Your safety is our utmost priority, and we strive to create a supportive environment for all players.

By-Laws

Rules and Guidelines of Each Sport

To ensure the safety and fairness of each individual Intramural Sport season, we strictly adhere to the designated by-laws for each sport. Our referees are well-versed in these guidelines and implement them during gameplay and scoring to maintain a level playing field. The ultimate authority for the by-laws lies with the Fitness Center Manager. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the rules, please feel free to reference the by-laws for clarification and guidance. Your well-being and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we strive to provide an excellent sporting experience for all participants.
